I by chance downloaded that file earlier today, unfortunately after installing on XP SP3 the application still didn't run and I don't see another redistributable thats more appropriate for XP. Since then I have just discovered three DLLs missing on the SP3 machine that are present on the SP2 machine and adding these to the SP3 machine and registering them allows the application to run! They are msrdo I'm trying to find now where they come from and if they're available in another redistributable somewhere.
